“Excellent product, easy to install in my EVO 300 integrated amp ASSUMING basic soldering skills. IF you are using a moving magnet cartridge it's much better than futzing around with ANOTHER piece of external gear/associated cables.”

“Using a comparison, compared to my Yamaha CD-S3000 player source, this phonologue has small sound stage, small stereo, and somewhat brittle on the top end. I would buy it or recommend it.”

“It sounds great. Currently with an MM cartridge, but anxious to try it with a high-output MC. Also, the customer service was excellent. A bit of confusion, as the instruction photos are a bit dark when showing where to solder the ground. I contacted Upscale and confirmed the location. There was a problem initially with the sound output, so I reached out again, and Kevin himself called to make sure things were clarified and resolved (turns out I needed a better/hotter solder connection on the floating ground; my error, not PrimaLuna's). Once that was taken care of, the entire system was perfect. I really appreciate Kevin's personal concern, and his whole team for the help. I couldn't be happier.”

“Only gripe was the instructions were not current with my EVO 300 preamp. The step to install a ground wire under the input board is already done. Only had to solder the input and ground wires to the RCA plugs . The rest is plug and play . Sounds great - no noise . Selling my Rega Fono MM .”
