“The remote control on my PrimaLuna Dialogue HP gave up the ghost and I needed a replacement ASAP. There weren’t any in stock and I was told that they honestly didn’t know if any more were coming. Instead, I was offered the EVO remote, which would work. It was explained that the one thing was the selector buttons we labeled differently. I ordered it, had it overnighted, and as expected, it arrived the next day. Just the service I have come to expect and appreciate from the team at Upscale! I actually prefer the new remote. The button labeling isn’t an issue at all. It is a bit thinner and easier to hold but still made of the same quality of materials.”

“Very satisfied. One of the main reasons I chose to upgrade to Primaluna was the the personalized service.Anybody will take your money but it’s the attention and service after the sale that makes a difference.”
