“I've loved and used 6V6's for decades in everything from Hammond M3's, Fender Champs, Grommes Little Jewel's, and most recently a 6V6 ultra-linear push-pull amp from Audio Nirvana. I've been happy using NOS 6V6G's in the AN, I love the ol' coke bottles, which don't fit in every amp, but I had to give these a try... such a rare opportunity. Right out of the box, the pristine box from 1959 (remarkable), they sound fantastic! (I had the cryo/72 hr burn-in, I'd recommend it) I'm very very pleased!!! I don't think it matters to compare them with others, these check all the sonic boxes, I'd rate them as good as any 6V6/variant I've tried. I'll be buying more when funds allow. Thanks for offering these rare gems!”

“I have been running the Pope 6V6GT in my factory-upgraded BAT VK-3i for years (this is the fourth or fifth set I've ordered from Upscale). It's an outstanding tube, extremely natural-sounding, with 3-D imaging and superb dynamics. As good as this tube is (and it's absolutely top-notch), it's even better with the cyro treatment, which, I would consider almost mandatory. Thanks again, Uncle Kevvy !”
