“Very happy with this purchase from Upscale audio. Ken from Upscale was quite helpful and gave good suggestions. They gave me a good package deal that included the cartridge and ADS drive system among other things. Technicians from Upscale installed and aligned the cartridge on the tone arm for me and included instructions for setting up the tone arm. This was quite helpful. After playing a few records, I quite like the tonal signature and musicality of Vpi prime signature.”
