“The bottom connecting screen and internal clamp/plate on the bottom receptacle broke on one side of the outlet rendering half of this duplex outlet useless. So now I just have a single outlet receptacle... I wasn’t rough with handling it or installing it. It just broke internally on the bottom right side (hot side), and yeah. Disappointed, as I thought these were supposed to be well made and this deficiency occurred during the first time installing it.. Skip and pay much more for the legit, reputable receptacles or skip and pay much less for a Leviton heavy industrial grade outlet....”
