“There is great irony (the right hand not knowing what the left is doing?) in me responding to this survey as the Quad 99 preamp that I received from UPSCALE came with the wrong remote and is INOPERABLE as a result ! As I explained to Vincent Chen (and sent corroborating photos) my 16 year old remote from my old Quad 99 will turn on BOTH Quads (my old 99 as well as the 99 recently purchased from your store) , while the remote shipped by UPSCALE will not turn on EITHER machine. It is the WRONG REMOTE and does NOT look like the original issue of remote for the Quad 99 preamp. I have been patient and have received as of yet no satisfactory response from UPSCALE AUDIO.
