“I have 702 s2's, 804 d3's, amongst other great speakers. The 228's are a much better sounding speaker. The clarity in the vocals, and the bass is so much larger sounding and quicker than any speaker I own. I own 6 audio systems, theses speakers are far more superior than anything I have. Buy these if you can afford them, they are superior in every aspect.”

“Fantastic sounding speakers out of the box. I expect they will get even better with break in. It came down to the Revel F228be vs the Kanta no2 ,and after research I choose the Revel. I am sure the Kanta’s are also worthy but I am ecstatic over this purchase. I am driving them with Primaluna Evo 400 power amp and preamp. It was all about the sound but the finish on the speakers is very nice as well.”
