“Found the tube a bit thin, recessed mid range and upper bass area. nice extended top end, very airy, and dimensional. After break in of 20 hours, the sound rounded out, with good bass , improved midrange and excellent top end. still found the midrange area and upper bass not as fleshed out as it should be. Prefer the Brimar to this soundbut it is enjoyable.,”

“I swapped the 4 JJ 12AU7s in my Rogue RP7 with 4 of these Radiotechniques and couldn't be more pleased. The Radiotechnique have more extension in the low end, punchier bass, a more rounded mid range, and silky treble extension. They just sound more musical in all areas. I took a chance on these and glad I did! Really fantastic tubes and a great match for the RP7.”

“Like My review of the Brimar tubes, this tube is very open and has a solid 3D effect on the sound. I use this on the output stage of my Prolugue Premium Preamp, and now on the input stage of my Dialogue Premium Preamp! Open airy highs with no roll off response all the way down to the floor! Matched with the Brinar tubes, that warm beautiful mid range is there with the open airy highs, and the mid lows to the floor will shake the house! Truly, one of the very best tubes for the Primaluna line! Just got an extra pair of these to stash away for the future. Probably going to buy more in the future just to have plenty on hand before they are all gone.”

“Oh I have all the best NOS tubes and this particular tube is the very best of the best. Most rollers will experience the old "Like I never heard my stereo before". It unveils even the most masked music. I will say the tubes from Upscale are of a quality unequaled anywhere. I will let you all know the price for a tube is no object to me and I will be paying large to keep this tube in my preamp. Best NOS 12ax7 anywhere, Tube Guru Rules.”

“These French tubes work beautifully with my open, airy Focal Diablo Utopia speakers and Rogue Audio amplification. They reveal the delicate colors and subtleties of Debussy or Ravel, but can also do wonders with the dense orchestrations of Wagner and Bruckner. An excellent choice for lovers of great music.”

“This is my first NOS tube. I am using two of them as the pre-amp tubes in a push-pull integrated amplifier. I was skeptical at first about NOS tubes because of their high price. However after buying this tube and trying it out, I can tell you it is worth every penny I paid for it, and more. This tube sounds absolutely fantastic in my amp. I am so happy I bought a them.”

“Uncle Kevvy is the man, he know his tubes, slowly my system lost it's mojo, was thinking didn't it used to sound better??? Dropped a couple of these in my Klimo Merlin preamp and WOW, the biggest improvement I ever heard in my system. Improved in every way, and these tubes are not overly warm, they are wonderful. Thanks Uncle Kevvy!!!”
