“Product was defective and I was refused an RMA. $200 wasted on defective tubes. Worst experience with an online audio dealer ever. I won’t be doing business with Upscale Audio again and have informed my audiophile friends of my experience.”

“I bought a pair of these a year ago for my Primaluna 200 and tried them once. I thought they were too bright and that the bass suffered. Then I decided to give them another shot recently and let them burn in more and - holy smokes! I was too impatient the first time. These are transformative tubes. They illuminate the soundstage like you've turned on the lights and bring out enormous amounts of lush detail on top. The bass is on another level, fully extended and crisp and alive. Wonderful, revelatory tubes. Highly recommended.”
