“Solid steel racks are great, there are no two ways about that. But what really stands out to me is that Upscale Audio is an oasis in the desert of stores often with poor service and hype. They do EXACTLY what they advertise they will do and with great speed and efficiency.”

“The rack is well made, very solid and stylish. I have an amp on the bottom shelf and turntable on the top. It is a perfect size for my two components. The shelves are very heavy/solid and do a great job dampening to reduce any noise. There has been an improvement to the sound. I was going to buy the Solidsteel Floor Protector Discs for the feet since the description or pictures do not mention or show them. And they are sold separately, as an add-on. However, when I received my shelf, they were included. I found this omission on other websites. I guess this is something not commonly known.”
