“I had a issue with the power supply, but It was my fault. Certain surge protectors are not your friend. I now have a power conditioner and the unit is rock solid. Upscale Audio’s people are the best.”

“The overall unit is a bit bigger than I thought it would be... However, it's a vast improvement in the off-the-rack wall wart I was using(for my external phono-pre). The noise floor is much lower, the sound is cleaner and more dynamic. A great product that I do recommend and would purchase again in the future if needed.”
