“The Songbird is my 1st M C cartridge, so I don't know what other moving coil cartridges might sound like, but I do like the way it sounds. It shakes out sounds like a salt shaker ,lol, that's meant in a good way. I do hear instruments and little parts in the music that I didn't really notice before, and the way it reproduces the sound is detailed , bottom ,midrange and the highs all sound nice to my old ears. I am getting addicted to going to the local record store. Each lp is a story , waiting for you to hear it . Enjoying the sounds of the Songbird”
