“the tubes were excellent as usual the staff, on the other hand, were terrible. I had some questions about some other tubes and no one would return my calls or my e mails. So I purchased the tubes elsewhere, Just like this message will go unanswered too. You send me a message but never respond to a problem. In the future I will shop elsewhere. But you don't really care. You have proven it to me .”

“It's the first time I purchase ARC select grade tubes (6H30) and I am happy to hear such a low noise floor in my audio research preamp.”
