“I must say I"m pretty disappointed thus far. It's been plugged in and on continuously since 2/15 and 30-40 hours or so of listening with my Utophias. The SQ just seems flat and a bit lifeless to me at this point. I have a set of reference recordings I go back to every few days to see if there's any improvement and so far not much. I haven't given up yet, but in another week if I feel the same way, the unit will be returned. This is no reflection on your organization or Chirs my rep, who has been great. I know what I'm listening for and, so far it's not happening.”
