“Simply put, the perfect speaker in my system for my (less than Golden) ears. Nuanced, smooth and musical. The cabinet is gorgeous, and the wood grain is flawless and perfectly matched. The sound is a fine balance of the traditional British stereotype of a gorgeous midrange with a tight natural bass and an extended, non fatiguing high-frequency response. The proper stands are a necessity but Spendor's offering is overpriced. Stands which are specifically constructed to match the characteristics of the speaker are available in the USA. My "end game" speaker.”
