“This is the second SS Paua II that I have had. I had the older version, which worked really well for several years. It was still working perfectly when I sold it to get the new “ES” version. So far I have noticed that the two cart’s sound very much alike. The new one is a little more detailed and quiet without being too bright. I’m glad I made the “upgrade”. And with the rebuilding service that SS offers, I may never need to buy another cartridge again. I think Mr. Ledermann has just about perfected the moving iron cartridge, and I won’t buy any other brand. Highly recommended!”

“I am just floored at how good this cartridge sounds on my VPI Classic 4 w/ the 12" 3D printed arm! Set-up was a little tricky but when it got dialed in, just WOW! Very accurate sound stage, great detailed sound without sounding bright. With this combo, my analog music surpasses my digital in almost every way. I feel closer to what was intended to be heard by the mastering engineers and musicians. I have had other cartridges that all have strengths and weaknesses, ie.. too sibilant or too laid back, but the Paua MK II really has no weaknesses in my system. Thank you Kevin and Kat, another home run!!”
