“I cannot recommend this piece of gear. When it works it's great, but the first one I received was essentially bricked due to some weird firmware issue. I received a replacement thanks to Upscale Audio's customer rep, and it worked great at first, but the remote has stopped functioning over time, and it has developed an audio drifting issue with it's optical inputs. It keeps getting worse, to the point where I need to switch inputs back and forth to correct the drift (which I can't do with the remote) about every hour or so.”
