“The Amps are very nice, well made chassis and with good power cords and good speaker cables , do provide good tone and depending on the Preamp, I use a Rogue 99 with phono stage, provide good imaging and haven’t had any clipping, but not sure a class D amp does. I am getting use to the Class D with switching power supply, was using good old Adcom 555’s in mono, and boy, awesome imaging and plenty of Head room. The s700’s are in my opinion, good deal for $2000.00 /pair. I’ll bet they rock for an audio video set up. I most likely will trade up at some point for a pair of good class AB amps, just have to deal with Heat and weight. My speakers are only 87 % efficient. 6 ohms, B&Wcm9’s.”
