“I bought the Strauss as an upgrade to the Beethoven's and was pleased with the bass response. bigger speakers go deeper naturally so less boost around 100 hz is needed to the Strauss to reach low frequencies. Initially comparing the two had me confused as the Beethoven's had louder kick drum but when the I played some morphine The extended bass was noticed and appreciated. I would get the Strauss for a larger size room, but not as an upgrade to the Beethoven's. Enjoy.”
