“I can't compare these to other driver tube options at Upscale Audio because that would be cost prohibitive, but I'm very happy with the sonic improvement in my Weston Acoustics Topaz KT120 amp. The amp manufacturer had recommended NOS Sylvania driver tubes, and I agree they are a big improvement over new Tung-Sol 6SL7GT. Increased soundstage in depth and width, better imaging, more natural percussion/cymbals, more air between instruments. Highly recommended, wish I had tried these a year ago…”
