“The product arrived with a broken grill. I spoke with Bill Rudolph and he has been actively speaking with REL to replace. 1st. grill arrived with the wrong (larger) grill so spoke with Bill and he has confirmed REL were sending the correct grill. I will see in a week. Thanks Bill, a true rock star!”
