“Really a quality tube, sounds very much like my more expensive 6 volt Tele's. Boxes and print on tubes mint. Take the money saved over the 6 volt version and buy a different brand or two for variety. I've never been disappointed with my tube purchases from Upscale. I recently re-tubed my PrimaLuna EVO400 replacing the stock tubes with Upscale Gold Lion's 12AU7's and 2 quads of EL-34 and another of KT88's. Wasn't expecting the sonic improvements I got.”
