“I've had these speakers about a month now and there getting close to the 100hr. brake in time. Today is Jan. 28 approx. 3:00pm. About a half hour ago I was listening and it seemed like these speaker went into another dimension in their sound quality. They are fabulous! I have ordered an upgrade in speaker cables and can't wait to hear what happens next. Thank You to everyone at Upscale Audio esspecially Joel.”

“Every time I play 70s rock music through these speakers I remember the review by Ryan Hunt who said they were the perfect speakers for that specific genre. I could not agree more. I love them for everything except large scale orchestral classical music. I still leave that specific genre to my Magnepans.”

“More then what I expected thanks to Sean fort pointing me in the right direction. And he was right I was going to buy the XT 6f and he suggested I spend the day xtra money to get the larger XT 8f and he was right my cambridge audio cx61 is enough amp to make the XT8f sound awesome.”

“Kat guaranteed that these would work great in my room, and she was right on the money! Compared to the KEF LS50s, the Tannoy are much better suited to my larger room, far more efficient, and are just as detailed in the midrange as the class-A rated KEFs while having a considerably fuller low-end. They sound incredible with a rather pedestrian Musical Fidelity M2Si amp, and I can't wait to hear them with a tube amp at some point. In a bold move I went with the white finish and couldn't be happier with the modern aesthetic. Buying speakers over the internet is hard and it would have cost me a fortune to ship these back; the doubled boxes are literally the size of a refrigerator--each! Thankfully Kat and Upscale nailed it with the recommendation.”

“I purchased these speakers along with the EVO 200 integrated amplifier. They are a great combination. Set up was easy as the speakers do not seem to be too fussy about positioning. The midrange is excellent and vocals, both male and female, sound fantastic. What I most appreciate however is the overall integration of the full range of sound. Nothing seems over or under emphasized and the sonic balance is very good. I have another much more expensive system and yet I find I enjoy listening to this set up just as much. They are very musical. Mike at upscale audio was very helpful in talking me through some other options and did a great job leading me to this purchase.”

“I purchased these Tannoy XT8 8Fs based partially on your video, and I must say, everything you and the print reviewers said is absolutely true. These are quite an improvement over my KEF LS50s, and really have a high WAF. Bi-amping them with PrimaLuna Prologue Fives is a match made in heaven. Thanks”
