“Good product, but I am not able to use it as advertised because of the TT/tonearm combo I purchased from Upscale. I am surprised that with all the expertise that exists at Upscale, they were unaware (at least I am assuming so) that the product's proper functioning did not apply to my rig. I assume Upscale would have honored a return if I'd decided not to keep it.”
