“Product works exactly as it should. Simple to set up and looks great on my TT. I spoke directly with Tina at Integrity HiFi to ensure I ordered correct part number to work with my specific turntable. They were easy to reach, answered the phone directly, and provided excellent tech support and set up videos, as well as information I requested regarding their other products (Tru-Kleen, for one). I recommend ordering TRU-Lift with the larger "puck" base for additionally stability, if you have room on your turntable.”

“haven't been able to use, because i can't play records on my turntable, belt still keeps riding off to the bottom.”

“The Integrify lifter work quite well. I added a couple of large washers under it to get it to just the right height. Its weight helps to keep it in place but a little double sided tape or blue tack make sure that t works. Easy to set up and works reliably and quietly. Used to have an Expressimo Tru-lift that worked well but gave it to my brother many years ago. It would whack the tone arm pretty hard. They now recommend a strip of padding on the lifter. Recently tried a Q Up. Found it hard/impossible to adjust properly. Its arm levers up in such a way that the minimum lift is at the arm location. With a simple redesign it could be made to work well easily. This lifter works quite well and is easy to use. The exprssimo lift is a bit fussier and requires a simple modification but it also works well for a bit less money. The two cheaper lifts that I have tried were not reliable or easy to use. I am quite satisfied with this; just wish that it cost a third less.”
