“I would like to start off by saying the Marantz turntable I purchased is far beyond my expectations. The soundstage is amazing along with the total silence in the quiet parts of the music. I've always had some sort of rumble or buzz in the background, even with using premium cables and grounds. Marantz really knocked it out of the park with this one! Lastly I would like to say that my experience with everyone involved in my decision/purchase was amazing. I initially called to get recommendations on a turntable in my price range. The gentleman i spoke with was very knowledgable and helpful. He asked about my existing system and what music i listen to and what i was looking to get out of the turntable. There were no specific brands being "pushed" on me or no bias opinions. That was one of my biggest things that influenced my decision. I could tell they were passionate about their job and music in general. I will have to say the customer service i received was second to none. I will definitely purchase all my hi-fi needs in the future from Upscale Audio. I am spreading the word to friends and co-workers about my experience and suggesting they use you for anything they should need. Thank you again for everything you have done for me. “I couldn't be more pleased with the Marantz turn table. Dead quiet background where I can hear the fingers move across the stings or a woodwind player take a breath. I enjoy listening to my records very much.”
