“I love the equipment but didn’t like at all the fact that the salesman had no clue what I was talking about when I told him that One tube was dead on arrival and he had not looked inside this unit to explain to me what the weird casing around the tubes was. In fact it am Mailing the tubes back to your store. But I like the product. I’ve always bought tubes from you and am more accustomed to better service.”
