“i hate writing bad reviews but i have twice in the last 6 weeks received defective tubes from Upscale and these were part of the "stash". the first had a bent pin and made loud popping noises in the system when installed. sent it back for a replacement and the replacement tube was so noisy it could be heard from 8 feet away. Kevin says he will spank anyone who puts their ear next to a tweeter to hear the noise level, and that i get. But 8 feet away and these are supposed to be his best. sent it back and now waiting for the replacement. hoping the third time is the charm.”
