“Ken was very helpful, answering all my questions, and the tubes arrived quickly, despite all the mail craziness these days. The tubes sound great. I can't say for certain that the cryo treatment made them sound any better than they would have without it as I haven't heard these tubes before, but they're dead quiet, the dynamics I expect from familiar recordings are all there - extended high with no piercing or shrillness or edginess, along with good, solid, fast bass, and the mids are mellifluous. I've got them in the gain stage of my Manley Chinook (which I purchased from Upscale seven years ago with the same level of informative, prompt service), and they seem to pair with it well. In short, the service was great and muisc through the tubes sounds beautiful. That about covers it.”

“Substituting these for the stock tubes in my PS Audio preamp made a huge difference. I have an ARC Ref6 that was in a whole other class of timbral richness. With the tube swap they the BHK is in the same league to the point I'm considering selling the Ref 6.”
