“I purchased this CJ preamp about five weeks ago. I found that this particular CJ, while produces great details and sound stage, the high pitch sound is too sharp and crisp that make me feel fatigue after listening to it a couple of hours. I emailed Kevin about the problem and asked if I can bring it back in exchange for either a Prima Luna or Vincent. Kevin graciously approved the exchange. I ended up getting a brand new Prima Luna EVO-100. What a great preamp! Its sound is warm with great details and sound stage, although it's still in break-in time and being used for barely 10 hours. My Magnepan .7 speakers have never sounded so wonderfully. My special thanks to Kevin who cares more about customers' satisfaction than simply making sales. I am also grateful to Joel who provided outstanding service. My overall experience with Upscale was very pleasant and satisfying. Jeffrey Cheung”
