“I've waited over a month to write this in the hope that Upscale would arrange to have the included (but inoperable) remote control fixed. I spoke with Al within days of receipt of the amp. He started a process for a repair. It's been weeks. I spoke with Al on Friday and he promised to get back to me by Monday. I have still heard nothing. If I didn't absolutely LOVE the amp, I would have returned it. Come on guys, it's just a remote.”

Hi Eric, Hey, great to hear that you really like the sound of the Amplifier. We apologize for not keeping you updated on the progress of our attempts to get you a functioning remote. We assure you that we are aware and we are trying to get this issue resolved. We have made attempts to contact the manufacturer for some assistance with this. We are awaiting their reply.
