“I purchased my VC-E2 from Upscale Audio back in summer of 2023. February of 2025, my machine began to leak fluid every where. It was even seeping into the electrical port where the power cord plugs up, which resulted in popping noises (yikes). Upscale Audio agreed to take it back under warranty and sent out a replacement. Now, six months later, the replacement is doing the same thing. It is leaking, creating an electrical hazard. Absolutely ridiculous, especially when given the price point.”
