“The machine is good. I bought a VPI TT 6 months ago (from Upscale Audio) and like it a lot. I then bought the ADS. I give 3 stars bc I’ve called VPI 10 times and emailed 3-4 with questions about problems I’ve had and received zero response. Their video online even states that if you have the particular problem I was having to give them a call or email and they have a quick remedy. Seems like pretty shit customer service for a new customer like myself to randomly drop $6k and get zero response. I’ll move on to another company for my next TT most likely. People and companies are busy....but I gave up.”

“I picked up an ADS in a package deal with a new VPI table. With the ADS I have smooth, consistent, and easy to use power and speed control. I get no hum or noise from the ADS. I put an HRX pulley on the table's motor to go with the ADS and would recommend that to anyone using the ADS or the older SDS. Being able to easily dial in speeds just right is wonderful. Changing from 33 to 45 RPM could not be easier.”
