“Initially purchased a Prime Scout demo from another local dealer in my area. While it was a great table to get me back into the vinyl world, I never could really get the setup dialed in just right. So I reached out to Kat who was extremely helpful with my Manley Chinook Upscale edition purchase and expressed the upgrades I was looking for in the larger platter, better arm etc. As typical with Kat she asked a lot of questions to help guide me to the best decision for my system and musical taste. I also knew I wanted it setup right the first time and be done. She guided me in placing the order for the Prime 21 and I sent her my Hana ML. Within a couple days I got emails from Sean-Paul with detailed photos of my table and the setup. A few days later the table arrived, double boxed and with some unpacking and minor assembly, which was very well detailed and simple, I was up and running, and I have NOT touched it since, the setup has been perfect. That was one of the big reasons I bought from Upscale because I knew it would be setup right. Initial impressions on the Prime 21 over the Prime Scout is much livelier, bigger dynamics and blacker backgrounds just let the individual instruments snap into focus. Could not be happier with my Prime 21 purchase and the service I receive from the team at Upscale.”
