“Is this a Bluetooth device only? it seems like cause there is no mention of connectivity: RCA, Balanced, Earphones etc????”

Hi Aldo, Thank you for your questions about the brand-new Western Electric 91E. We love this amplifier. It is one of the best of the past ten years. The specifications on our web listing for the Western Electric 91E give this information about the seven amplifier inputs. Inputs: 2 x stereo RCA phono, 4 x stereo RCA line, 1 x Bluetooth The pictures of the front of the unit show the names of the inputs, and the pictures of the rear show the actual RCA connections. There is no connection for headphones. This is a very accomplished high-end amplifier. It is featured on the cover of the current issue of Stereophile.
