“I needed a sofa that could act as bed for a room that is 100 square feet. Most sleeper sofas are made for occasional usage in mind like family members staying over in a guest room. I on the other hand, wanted something durable that could be used everyday as both a sofa and bed and would last a long time. After digging the internet and looking for a quality couch that would fit my criteria I narrowed down to American leather and Luonto. I ended up going with the Luonto as the spec sheet did not seem very different and the reviews didn't have much variation either which seemed like a better deal given the lower price point. I am truly glad I went for this sofa. The nesting system has been great and the quality has been amazing. The cushions are a bit on the sturdier side, but that is a good sign as it seems to be good quality foam. Urban Natural made the purchasing experience very easy and pleasant. Their customer service was great when I had a couple questions regarding the delivery. At first I was a bit worried about the condition the couch would be delivered in as I read negative reviews about Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery, but I have to say the guys who delivered the couch did a phenomenal job and were very mindful of their surroundings as they delivered the couch. I have had the couch for almost 5 months now and it is basically in perfect condition as when it was first delivered. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a quality sleeper sofa, especially for tight spaces. I would definitely recommend buying from Urban Natural as there customer service is great.”
