The appearance of a leather jacket but is a 100% cotton fleece coated with a polyurethane film, making it extremely lightweight yet water resistant. Very comfortable due to the soft cotton lining d3o CE approved protectors in the shoulder and elbow (removable). Shoulders and elbows have re-inforced patches and it features two chest pockets, closed by snap buttons and side pockets closed by zippers. To adjust the fit, there are drawstrings at the bottom of the jacket and a strap with buckle at the collar. The H Jacket has been a runaway success since it's launch thanks to it's great looks. Suitable for autumn / spring / summer use. A technical under layer will be required for winter.

“I feel like Jason Bourne. This jacket fits great, is warmer than I thought it would be and makes me feel protected. The D3o pads fit great in the jacket and on me. Delivery was very good, on time and neatly packed. All that and over a ton cheaper than Harvey Nick's in leeds”

“Just got this jacket in the mail Ultra fast shipping, made it from the UK to Canada in one day Very comfortable jacket. The soft armour is a godsend for comfort as well as when you are off your bike. You can actually wear it as a normal jacket and still be comfortable. Which you can also do if you just want to take the armour out and wear it day to day. I almost bought the same jacket, but not a motorcycle version with the armour for the same price last summer in NYC. Looks can't be beat, Belstaff is a legend when it comes to style Jacket fits a little small, I am usually a 52 jacket, but went for a 50 and fit was right. So definitely measure your chest before you order Can't comment on how durable it is, or how the armour holds up. I haven't taken a spill in it yet. Knock on wood Only complaints I would have for this jacket are, in the colder weather, wind will get through. It is much colder than my leather And my biggest complaint would be there are no wrist zippers, so you get quite a bit of wind up the sleeves. Taking a star off because of that. Any motorcycle jacket should have wrist zippers in my mind. Definitely a jacket better suited for summer riding All in all, highly recommended, and you get what you pay for. Went and bought the female version for my girlfriend”

“The jacket looks great and its received some positive comments from fellow bikers. Its casual appearance means its great off the bike and I wear it just as a normal jacket. Its light and not at all bulky even with the armour left in. However, I question the quality of the jacket, within days the seam on the right arm popped its stitches. The worst of it however is that the jacket is intolerant to heat and/or UV light. The polyurethane film is disintegrating at an alarming rate, its splitting, and as a result the jacket has also lost its shape meaning that it can't be worn any more, rather disappointing for such an expensive (for what it is) item from a reputable brand. I warn those considering this as a purchase to keep it in a cool dark place, a shame for such a great looking jacket.”
