“Although the picture is lovely, the framing is very disappointing as the picture doesn’t sit flush with the frame and bows in sections, to hang was also difficult as the string was loose. To make matters worse Kmart have just released the same picture in their artwork range which is 15x times less expensive (albeit the picture is not as good quality) it would only be justifiable if the quality of the Urban Road print actually met expectations.”

Hi Merianne, Thank you for your feedback, I am so sorry to hear this. This is certainly not how the artwork should arrive and not the quality that we produce, this is more often than not the result of rough handling or something heavy sitting on top of the artwork during transit. I cannot see that you have contacted us prior to leaving your review, we do recommend making contact as soon as you receive the artwork, if you notice something is not right so we can fix the issue promptly.
