“Found this in the store and bought it for a recipe that called for ""cajun spice"". Well, short of making my own, this would do in a pinch. Not as hot as you might think, but it's a very tasty blend that is pleasing to the nose and taste buds. Sprinkle on your morning eggs, put it on your salmon, chicken marinade before grilling, beef, fish...I even sauteed Brussels sprouts in butter, shallot and garlic, removed to a bowl, added flour Cajun Street and milk to make a rue, poured over the sprouts and crumbled bacon on top. DA BOMB!”
“This is by far the best seasoning for Collard Greens. After my husband ""accidentally"" brought home this bottle from the store (not what I asked for) I have been hooked ever since! It's a perfect blend of sweet and salty and medium spicy heat. There is nothing on the market quite like it. I know... I tried to duplicate it when the store no longer carried it. My collards were not the same. Thankfully I bugged my grocer and they brought it back.”
