“I ordered Mesa Rosa Chipotle, because my family and I love it! We discovered it as a pop corn seasoning called Smoky Chipotle. There was a problem with the name, so it was temporarily unavailable. Now it is available as Mesa Rosa Chipotle, and it is WONDERFUL! That said, I tried to do a search on this site. It doesn't pull up with Chipotle. You have to know that it's Mesa Rosa. It is pure heaven! We just used it on a roasted turkey. It was wonderful. I highly recommend it. I'm afraid it may be addictive!”

“As a side dish to BBQ, I saute onion till soft and then add a bag of Trader Joe's organic sweet corn. I sprinkle salt and Mesa Rosa Chipotle on it and continue cooking until the corn starts to brown. It's a delicious side with BBQ and broccoli slaw or cole slaw. The Mesa Rosa seasoning adds the right amount of spice and heat”
