gourmet gobbler turkey brine kit Reviews

Would have given 5 stars but bag leaked all over th fridge. Had a small hole under the zip lock. The water to cover a 12lb turkey plus turkey was very heavy. Hard for older folk to carry to fridge.

I made one turkey the day before in my turkey roaster with just regular seasoning. Brined the one on Thanksgiving day with this kit. It was good, but really not much difference other than the spices. the brining kit costs more than the turkey! It was good, but I will save my money next year.

Never have I tried this way of making my turkey. It turned out better than I ever expected. It was the first time I bought a free-range turkey (was used to Butterball turkey), so I was nervous about getting this right. I WILL order this turkey kit again. It was the best. The meat was moist and flavorful.

I looked around for other brine blends- a lot of them you have to add sugar or vinegar- and then you have to buy brine bag and find a rub. I used this last year and it made the bird tender and juicy...hardedst part is finding room in your fridge!

I purchased this kit while visiting Chicago last year at Whole Foods- its great but want to buy it locally to save shipping if possible. Anyplace in Wichita to get this product?

Pleased with the product, however, after purchasing it on-line through your site for $16.99 plus shipping I found that I could have purchased the same product in a retail store for $10.99.
