“Your Baja Style Shrimp packet is really wonderful! Even though I'm not a fan of fresh tomatoes, I have used the Baja Shrimp packets with crushed tomatoes and jalapenos cooked and served over white rice....fabulous! I would have given it 5 stars but my husband and I both think there's a little too much salt in the recipe. I checked the sodium content...140 mg doesn't seem like that much to me. Neverless, we agree it tastes a little saltier than we would like. We have other packets we will use....perhaps I will alter the next recipe I use and see if that cuts the salt taste. Despite this, we still loved the flavor. Bravo!”
