We are very sorry that you feel that way. The Route shipping insurance protects you against lost or damaged packages as well as theft whereas most shipping companies do not cover theft. Since the service was used on the original shipment the service is not able to be refunded if the item is returned.

We are sorry that you feel that way. However, Route covers more than just lost or damaged packages, as they cover stolen packages whereas UPS, FedEx, USPS does not.
