“The software took several attempts to install. When it finally did install, it said that my cable was not activated even though it shows as activated in my account. I am trying to work with unitronic to resolved the problem.”

We are very sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your Unitronic tune. I just checked everything on our end and everything is activated and set up correctly. Please let us know if Unitronic is not able to get this resolved for you as we would like to make this right.

“Not sure how to rate my experience with this cable. I’ll give it a 0! and and a 5! I have the mk5 GTI with the FSI. I bought a combo tune for the ecu and the dsg along with the cable so I could do it at the house. That’s the big selling point for me anyway. The ECU flash worked flawlessly (5 ⭐️). The DSG flash didn’t work at all! Turns out that the UC+ cable will not work on the older dsg. I was informed that I need the older style cable which isn’t made anymore.”

Hey Orrett, we do apologize that the Uni-Connect+ cable did not work on your vehicle. If we haven't already we will gladly refund you for any tune that you are unable to install!
