“I already own a teal Ciate liquid lipstick and apparently it is a glitter flip, too. I must rub my lips together without thinking, because it just always had glitter after I applied it. I opened my package and was angry that I had flip effect lipstick. My experience with another product that was a glitter effect was only useful without rubbing my lips together. I played with it like I did the other product. I didn't see any peeling or flaking. I got in my order both the colors Fortune and Storm. After testing the glitter flip effect on Ciate's products I feel confident that I made a good purchase. I already own the teal Siren and had so few problems with the glitter occurring that I didn't know that it had a flip effect. I am very satisfied now. My anguish at having bought a flip effect became humorous. The liquid lipstick works without effort. I really enjoy the Siren (teal) and have begun to enjoy wearing Fortune and Storm.”
