“Not the best eye liner I own but does the job. It’s a bit on the dry side. The packaging is just useless.. why have this long silver cap that goes the entire length of the short eye liner? The eye liner doesn’t say where it is made and also not much product. The smudger is not a sponge and it’s a hair brush, don’t know how that will smudge . Color is nice once applied.”
