“We ordered an infant size 5, we received a size 9. They were in a 5 box but were the wrong size inside so hadn't been checked. When we tried to swap for the correct size other boxes were wrong. We were told it was a national problem from converse. USC were great and let us choose a high top pair even though they were more expensive for no extra cost.”
