“The first set arrived and the wrong size was in the box. Despite promising a refund of the cost of returning and delivery, I never received one. I had to re-order and the wrong size came the second time plus a lovely purple mark on the laces. I have not had a reply from customer services since I asked about the promised refund. I'm sure the shoes would be great if I had them.”

“How did I find these? Well I paid for them to then be told a day later they had amended my order as the item was out of stock. Surely it shouldn’t of been available to purchase if it was out of stock? I then spoke to planet earths rudest customer service advisor who told me someone must have ordered them just before me. The next day the money was taken from my account (without online banking it would have been impossible to see this so some people may have never noticed) so I called again for this time another lovely member of the customer service department to tell me I was wrong and that it will just be a pending transaction and that I needed to send them the order amendment email over. Isn’t that your job to find out what has happened to your CUSTOMERS order and return the money YOU have taken for goods that were never going to be received!? All in all ridiculous system and a customer service team from hell”
