“Ordered two pairs of converse and made payment including delivery.then had an email saying one of the items wasn't in stock so had to order a different pair.i had to pay again for delivery which overall cost me almost £10 in delivery charges!i believe that customers should be informed something is out of stock before payment!i received a message off customer services saying they will refund delivery charges but I am still waiting!!very poor service overall!!”
