“Terrible firm. Orders 3 pairs of trainers and paid as usual. Then had all the emails to say sorting order ect. I then had a mail saying 2 out of 3 shoes were not available and my order had been adjusted. To which I replied could you please cancel my order as I don't want delivery charges for one pair of baby shoes. I was ignored all the way and received the shoes 4 days later. I looked at returning them to find I would have to pay postage costs for an item I told them to cancel. Poor usc poor”
